Target Audience
MLSS Arequipa 2025 is open to a select group of 100 highly motivated participants. Our primary target audience consists of MSc and PhD students with a solid technical foundation in research areas related to machine learning. However, a limited number of industry professionals, professors, researchers, and exceptional undergraduate students may also be considered, based on availability. Industrial applicants are encouraged to apply, thanks to sponsorship opportunities from their respective organizations. All participants should possess programming skills in Python, a strong interest in machine learning, and a solid understanding of linear algebra, basic calculus, probability, and statistics.
Application Guidelines
All applications for MLSS Arequipa 2025 will be carefully reviewed. This process will determine admission and, depending on availability, financial assistance may be offered. Please submit the required information through the MLSS 2025 application page. There is no fee to apply for MLSS Arequipa 2025.

Poster Presentation
Poster presentations have been a long-standing tradition at MLSS, and all participants are encouraged to present their posters in person. The content of the poster does not have to be based on published work; ongoing projects or research stemming from undergraduate work are also welcome. While the daily program covers a range of general-interest topics, the poster sessions offer a unique opportunity for participants to engage with their peers and share their research. These presentations will be informal and relaxed, promoting an atmosphere of open and collaborative exchange.
